Code Door Lock

Code Door Lock Code Door Lock
Where I can find a door lock that requires a little manual dextrity to open the slower runners me?

I know that it has sense, but I work in a classroom with high school students with severe disabilities and have 2-3 students running out of the room occasion. My class is outdoors near a road and a large pond. I would put a lock on my door that requires the first party to press a button or two and then spin. That way my students with more manual dexterity can still come and go, but significantly slower runners. (Yes, we work behavior plans to address this issue, but some behaviors are rooted in this point.) We can not put a lock on the door because that's scheduled against fire code. What other facilities have solved this problem?

try putting a few locks which comply with the rules on it, so that will at least give u some time to come and stop them. Also, maybe put a bunch of bells on a strong cord and attach it to the lock or something like u always have an audio track that someone is trying to get out. lol, and of course, it all makes sense, Ive had a few runners in the classes I've taught.
