I am having problems getting my mail to load. Can you help?

I cannot get my mail to load. I recently added this email account and forgot I had it. My computer just locks up and will not open my aol mail either.

Then you need a virus scanner if you don’t have one
AVG and Avast are both free.

You could unplug your router and modem or just modem if that’s all you have then wait a few minutes and plug it or them back in. But this sounds more like your computer instead of your connection. From downloading stuff from P2P/Torrent Sites, and bad sites with malicious downloads.
