Keyed Chain Door Lock?
Hi everyone,
I wanted to install a lock on my bedroom door due to my baby step brother coming in and out stealing my possessions during the time I’m at school.
I searched through the Internet and found something called a “Keyed Chain Door Lock” heres an image of the item http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/3963/2800bigja7.jpg I was just wondering how these work and if someone could explain it to me i would appreciate it.
This is how it works,the lock is installed in the room, but when installed correctly you can lock the chain to the fixture from outside of the room. The door should open enuff to unlock with key. The chain isn’t visible when door is shut.
